Claus brings more than three decades of experience building and leading businesses across industrial gases and energy. He most recently served as CEO of Utility Global, where he took the clean-energy company from early-stage technology to first commercial deployment. He previously held executive leadership positions at Air Products and Linde spanning the capital asset life cycle and product management with a global remit.

Casey brings decades of experience scaling energy and renewable fuel platforms in capital-intensive environments. Before co-founding Redtail, he played an integral role developing Kinetrex Energy's RNG platform and its subsequent sale to Kinder Morgan.

Corey established the company's financial infrastructure and oversees all financial aspects of Redtail and its subsidiaries. Prior to co-founding Redtail, he served as CFO of a commercial bank and worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

Rob brings more than 3 decades of leadership experience across sustainable fuels, renewable energy, energy storage and power infrastructure. He served as CEO of GE Energy Storage, chief strategy officer of RES Americas and a founding executive at Agile Energy and H Cycle before joining Redtail. He previously held executive roles at AES and has worked worldwide in project development, financing, commercialization and mergers and acquisitions.

Alex oversees engineering, project execution and operations, bringing more than a decade of experience across the upstream, midstream and renewable natural gas industries. Alex entered the RNG industry through Kinder Morgan's acquisition of Kinetrex Energy and has since led development and operations on assets from Archaea, EDL, Mas Energy, North American Natural Resources, Aria and Ingenco. He has developed more than 45 landfill gas projects over his career.

At Redtail, Carlie advises the leadership team on organizational strategy and talent while delivering critical people infrastructure and operations needed to support the business. Carlie is an experienced People leader and advisor who partners with executive teams to build the talent strategies, organizational capabilities and people practices needed to scale growing businesses. She has worked across high-growth technology, financial services, venture capital and energy, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping companies navigate periods of rapid growth and change.

Rick serves as special advisor to the CEO, bringing more than four decades of experience developing and operating biomethane projects producing renewable electricity and renewable natural gas across the U.S. His strategic leadership spans safety, communications, sustainable growth, business development, marketing, budgetary discipline and environmental compliance.

Jason is director of projects at Redtail, where he brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including the past five years focused on renewables. His background ranges from managing turnkey gas plants to developing custom solutions for Kinder Morgan's landfill gas plants. He also brings midstream experience and relationships that will support Redtail's continued growth.

Kim heads procurement and contracts for Redtail, including strategy and supplier relationships. She brings a deep background in procurement across multiple industries, most recently as senior manager of corporate procurement at Brightmark, where she led purchasing and contracts for development, operations and construction functions. Kim also spent 16 years at Bechtel in various procurement and supply chain roles.

Gillian leads the investment modelling at Redtail. She brings a strong background in investment and acquisitions from Citymark Capital, closing on more than $1 billion in transactions during her tenure. She also worked in investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where she focused on debt origination and capital raising strategies. Years of complex deal execution have shaped a strategic, growth-oriented approach she now applies to Redtail's expansion.

Hayleigh supports Redtail's team with day-to-day operations, event planning and partner engagement. She brings 10 years of experience in customer service and four years in tech, and has supported more than 120 clients including multimillion-dollar companies.

Meghan oversees Redtail's safety, health and environmental agenda, as well as regulatory affairs. Meghan brings more than 20 years of experience across the biogas, RNG and power sectors, pairing an engineering background with deep regulatory expertise. She has built programs from the ground up, transformed underperforming operations and led strategic initiatives that drove sustainable growth. Leading regulatory compliance for North America at EDL Energy, she managed a multimillion-dollar budget and coordinated a large-scale program expansion across cross-functional teams.

Nick leads landfill gas wellfield development and operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the landfill and renewable natural gas industries. He joins Redtail from BerQ RNG, where he oversaw daily operations for two landfill gas RNG production facilities, from wellfield gas quality through upgrading equipment and EPA compliance. Earlier in his career he managed landfill gas plants for Granger Energy and led environmental compliance across Waste Connections' Northeast region. Nick is a PHMSA-certified natural gas and landfill gas pipeline operator.

Jacob leads Redtail's core financial planning and reporting functions and supports the evaluation of potential acquisitions and capital allocation decisions. He previously worked at Archaea Energy, a BP company, and at PwC, giving him experience across renewables and traditional oil and gas.

Mason provides engineering support to Redtail's operating assets and process improvement projects. He began his career at ExxonMobil in the company's upstream unconventional division, where he worked as a facilities engineer on more than 40 compressor emissions reduction projects.

Eric is plant manager of Redtail's Owensboro facility, bringing years of experience commissioning and operating RNG plants. He joined Waste Management Renewable Energy as part of the commissioning team and spent several years as plant manager, responsible for daily operations, safety, budgeting, inventory, contractor management and shutdown planning.

Jeremy is responsible for financial controlling at Redtail. He is a dynamic finance and accounting executive with more than 20 years of experience, including accounting oversight, financial safeguards, internal control and process improvement. Prior to joining Redtail, he served as controller and treasurer for organizations across the oil and gas, horizontal directional drilling and renewable fuel sectors.
