He most recently served as CEO of Utility Global, where he took the clean-energy company from early-stage technology to first commercial deployment. He previously held executive leadership positions at Air Products and Linde spanning the capital asset life cycle and product management with a global remit.

Casey brings decades of experience scaling energy and renewable fuel platforms in capital-intensive environments. Before co-founding Redtail, he was central to developing Kinetrex Energy's RNG platform and its subsequent sale to Kinder Morgan.

Corey spent decades in banking and structured finance, most recently at Fortis Bank, before co-founding Redtail.

Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in sustainable fuels, renewable energy, and energy storage. He joins Redtail from Agile Energy, where he built two businesses into top-five players in energy storage.

Alex brings more than a decade of experience in the engineering and energy industries. He joins Redtail from Archaea Energy, where he managed construction of landfill gas processing plants.

At Redtail, Carlie advises the leadership team on organizational strategy and talent while delivering critical people infrastructure and operations needed to support the business. Carlie is an experienced People leader and advisor who partners with executive teams to build the talent strategies, organizational capabilities, and people practices needed to scale growing businesses. She has worked across high-growth technology, financial services, venture capital, and energy, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping companies navigate periods of rapid growth and change.

Rick joins Redtail from EDL and brings more than 30 years of energy and landfill industry experience, providing proven leadership and strategic guidance to the executive team.

Jason brings 15 years of hands-on engineering experience and leads delivery across Redtail's active projects.

Kim brings an extensive background in procurement across multiple industries. At Redtail, she oversees buying strategy and supplier relationships.

Gillian brings a strong background in finance and commercial development. She joins Redtail from Citymark Capital and looks forward to applying her strategic insight to support the company's continued growth.

Hayleigh brings a strong background in customer service and operations from Employ. At Redtail, she supports the executive leadership team.

Meghan brings 20 years of experience across the biogas, RNG, and power sectors. Known for transforming underperforming systems, she has managed multimillion-dollar budgets and led major program expansions through operational optimization and strategic leadership.

Nick brings nearly two decades of experience in the environmental and landfill industries. He joins Redtail from BerQ RNG Inc., where he managed RNG plants and landfill gas systems across the Northeast.

Jacob brings financial expertise to Redtail, helping keep the company on track by evaluating new acquisitions and projects.

Mason brings a background in the upstream oil and gas sector, with deep interests in energy, sustainability, and data science. He joins Redtail from ExxonMobil and looks forward to supporting its mission of turning landfill gas into renewable energy.
